As the President of Ross Fogle & Associates Insurance Agency, Ross has extensive experience with employee benefit plans through his direct involvement in the design and selection of plans for the owners and employees of numerous businesses. Ross' experience in fiscal and personnel management is of great value to his clients in the development of a balanced benefit program.

Previously, Ross spent 25 years as a senior executive in the field of healthcare delivery and served as Chief Executive Officer to several large medical groups with staffs of 50 to 75 physicians and over 300 employees. His experience has given him a solid understanding of employee benefits and the role they play in the retention of quality staff members. He is also well versed as to the financial constraints of private companies. Ross' knowledge of company leadership coupled with a complete understanding of healthcare delivery help minimize the time it takes to design and implement an optimum employee benefits system.

For eight of the twenty-five years he worked directly with numerous physicians, hospitals, and insurance companies in San Diego. This knowledge of the local healthcare market is of great value in the development of benefit programs for local companies.
