I've been with them for 25 years, my father was with them before me. The owners ( and employees ) are helpful, friendly & smart.  Every transaction has been quick and easy. They shop for the best prices and explain insurance to you in layman's terms. I'll stick with them.

Ross insurance takes care of all my insurance needs.  Recently I did a Ross Review and they were able to save me an extra $800/year.  They do such great job and are always working for my best interests!

I been insured by ross since 2011 when I bought my home.my real estate agent had to call the agent  to confirm I am buying a home and need to take out insurance...I can only speculate why my agent had to call.i guess according to "G" MIND SET SOMEONE LIKE ME CANT POSSIPLY BUY A HOME...EVERY YEAR MY INSURANCE ON THE HOME WENT UP..THIS YEAR IT WENT UP DRASTICLY.I CALLED "G" for a different company to hold the policy..she called this am and claim the outside siding has abestos on it..then she claim in a frantic tone the front of the house has abestos in it !!! AS I TOLD HER MY HOME DOESNT HAVE THAT ON /IN IT CAUSE IT IS THE LAW THE OWNER AND REAL ESTATE REVEAL IT !.BE WARY OF THIS AGENT.SHE IS DECEITFUL AND TROUBLING TO DEAL/TOLERATE.DONT HAVE HER AS YOUR AGENT .REQUEST A DIFFERENT AGENT IF THEY DO ASSIGN HER TO YOU AND IF YOUR INSURANCE KEEPS GOING UP DITCH HER.MY NEW INSURANCE  QUOTE IS $50.68 PER MONTH.NOT 125.00 PER MONTH !!!
