Donna is always professional and great to deal with.  I have been a customer for about 10 years.  I have had my home covered with her by Erie the entire time and my vehicles most of that time as well.  I dont know how I found her business right in my back yard almost but when I have needed help with insurance issues and claims I'm glad I did.

As a Real Estate professional, I cross paths with people in many professions...  Donna, by far is definitely the best of the best with insurance.  Not only is she my agent, but she insures many of my clients and friends.  When I have needed her with questions from water in a house to a car accident...she always answered my calls, calmed me down and directed me to the solution.  I strongly encourage others to give Donna a try... I use Donna, not only because she gives my family the best rate, but she also gives us the best service.

I was referred to the Rohrbaugh Agency a couple of years ago, and have been happy I made the switch ever since. The customer service is exceptional - always available, attentive and courteous - but more importantly Donna is an extremely knowledgeable agent. I appreciated her review of my prior insurance policies and her recommendations that ensure I've got the coverage I need, without paying for extras that I didn't need.

Ive carried my insurance policy through Donna for many years, I recently added my home owners policy, and my teen daughter also now has a policy. Erie has always offered is amazing rates. Donna is always kind and helpful.  Highly recommend Donna at Erie to others.
