I am a newer client, but have experienced only the best customer service. I recently bought a house and packaged both my auto and home owners insurance through Ross insurance. Melissa and Maureen were so helpful throughout the entire process! They were very attentive to my needs as a first time home-buyer and even called to remind me to compete paperwork when the process started becoming a little overwhelming.  Recently, I needed help canceling my previous renters insurance policy and Melissa really made it easy for me. I just called her up and she took it from there. I didn't have to spend a hour of time away from the office clearing it up. She emailed me what I needed and I sent it right back. I don't think I would get the same GREAT service from a big name corporate company. Ross Insurance is fantastic!

5 years later....I am still a customer and they have been super helpful during a car accident and when my home was robbed. Customer service is top notch.

I have been working with the Ross agency since moving to the area over 40 years ago.  They have always been very responsive and worked with me to find the best match for my insurance needs.

Great company!  We have received excellent customer service from everyone we have dealt with.  We love how active they are with various charities and giving to those in need.  Makes me feel great about doing business with them!  Thank you for the exceptional service!

I have been using Ross for over 15 years and i have to say that i have numerous friends in the Insurance industry and could go with any of them, BUT i stay with Ross because of the great service that i get when dealing with Michelle Braidwood. She is the reason i am a customer of Ross Insurance.   Thanks  Michelle
