Saturday February 17,2018 Had a weekend getaway with my Kids. We drove 2hours from home to Pittsburgh and had a wonderful dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. The Girls had Christmas money they wanted to spend shopping and had a great experience in stores bought all that they needed and and been wanting. As we were headed to AT&T store for my phone, we were stopped in the mall by a man placing a hair straightener product in our face. I explained we did not want the product and we were in a hurry to get checked in to our hotel, he did not even Acknowledge my statement he kept on and on REPEATING himself asked me what hair products we used and he stated his was better. My daughters said not true they are teens and know products trust me! They spend so much time reviewing and looking into hair $$$$products, so I knew they would know. We kept trying to walk away and he actually placed my daughter in the chair asked her not me and starting flat ironing her curls out only strips, she later said she thought he would at least have flat iron all of it she looked silly half flat half curled. We are trying still to get away he's still not been polite the man went from this product was $499.99 to today give it for 250.00 NO THANK YOU SIR to for 180.00 with a brush NO THANK YOU SIR to last $80.00 with lotion, hair gel, brush, and flat iron NO THANK YOU SIR. I have NEVER EVER felt so harassed from a salesman in my Life!!! 30 mins later which felt like a lifetime. later I told my girls when anyone ever does anything closely to that Again I will get management. I started wondering was this a scam to get us to put all our bags down and someone walks by and takes them and they are working together in the scam! I am proud to call myself a Christian woman and I do fall short of the glory we all do!! But try and find the good in all and yes it's trying!! This man I truly tried Please for the Love of God AVOID THAT area near AT&T I understand needing to make a sale but that sale went TOO FAR!!! In hindsight I should have excused him from ever placing my daughter in that chair to begin! Every bit of it felt wrong!!

I’m so happy they messed up my phone at the Monroeville PA office. I went to the Ross Park Mall store and I was treated so special. I call my daughter to come here to get her service here. Rob helped me to activate my phone and he took the time to show me things on the phone that I never knew existed. He is wonderful. I’m going to tell everyone I know and anyone that will listen to come here. It’s the best Sprint Store I’ve ever been too. I will be coming here from now on. Thanks Sprint for hiring him. I am truly grateful for his help

This mall is Booming. Nice stores here, not a dump like Century III. Your car will be right where you left it when you come out. Good selection of stores here. Something for everyone.

Used to love community market . supposed to be another food market coming. Big rite aid. Couple of other good stores. Somehow I thought they were asking about waterworks mall

I would say this is probably one of the best malls in the pittsburgh area. Still has a lot of traffic inside the mall even after all the online shopping. Has all the good brands here.
