Do NOT buy a used vehicle from here.My mom bought a truck and started breaking down in el paso just days after the purchase and they keep giving us the run around saying they are under "new" management....idk what that has to do with the fact that they sold a LEMON. Arturo Ibarra will sweet talk you and talk bad about all the other dealers he has worked at and once he closes the deal he won't give 2 cents about you.

Clean place, the front desk girl is very courteous, greets customers as they walk in/out, parts personnel very helpful. 
Decision for 3 * is due to not been much help with the part that I was needing. Non stock items/discontinued items, non cross references.

Took my Ford in for warranty work on a Thursday. They called and said they needed more time and wanted to know if they could keep it over night so they could work, on the truck, on Friday as well. I said sure... but they ended up keeping the truck the entire weekend without letting me know. I had to borrow a car to go out of town.
If that's not enough... I get there to pick up my truck and they said I had a bill. I said I brought it in for warranty work and I shouldn't have a bill...THEY WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEMS WEREN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AFTER THEY FIXED/CHARGED EVERYTHING. 
If it's not covered, FINE. but at least call and let people know that the problems aren't covered by warranty when you specifically tell them that "it's under warranty" when you drop it off.

We were looking for a pickup for my dad he's bought quite a few Vehicles there so I wanted to stop by we were in Roswell the sales person was very knowledgeable and on top of the products the dealership was well stocked and there was no pressure it was a nice visit

A couple months ago we were on a cross country trip and had a problem with our F150. Bart, the service manager there, was able to get us in even tho they were extremely busy at the time. My husband and i are forever grateful for the excellent service and friendly staff. We made it home and the truck is still going strong! Thank you, Bart and mechanics at Roswell Ford!!
