The level of customer service at this store exceeds any expectations or experiences at any grocery store I’ve ever been. The deli is always staffed; the meat and seafood guy is helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve truly never been so impressed by a store before. Great selection of inventory also.

This is an outstanding grocery facility; it has group meeting rooms upstairs on the right side of a huge store. I attended a seminar in Salem Saturday; the staff at Roth's set out our breakfast and made our baked potato and trimmings lunch. The food on a scale of 1 - 10, with ten being high, I and everyone else at the same table, rated them "10." This is based on attendents' comments and the trips back for more. Roth's is exceptionally clean, has a great selection and plenty of available customer service attendants. Their parking is also grade A! ✔out 💯%!!!

I was at the checkout in line when I realized I left my wallet in my car so I told the checker my situation and said I will be right back. I had only a lettuce and I told the checker I’m leaving this item by the counter and will be back right away. When I came back there was somebody coming with the whole cart full of grocery The customer wasn’t all the way to the check out yet and I told the checker I’m back and will pay for the lettuce. The checker told me she’s taking the other customer first. I thought she was very inconsiderate since I had already put my lettuce and had only 1 item and was going to pay cash. I just decided I didn’t want to wait for the checker to take a long time since I had 1 item. I went to another line. If I have tons of grocery, I let the customer behind me with few items to co e ahead of me.

This is a very nice market! Great deli, a little organic produce and a nice friendly staff. However, this place is more expensive than Whole Foods without the selection! No samples, perks or classes - nothing else - except high prices.

Beautiful store,great selection of food,especially the cheeses,love the triple cream brie cheese. Wonderful food to eat at their grill. Great wine selection.
