Best place i dealt with hands down.  Staff is super organized, knowledgeable and friendly.  If you're at work, they'll give you a 20 min notice before they come so you don't have to take the whole day off. Rome came out to my house and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company!

We called Roto Rooter for the office - they came pretty quick & worked hard to solve the problem with the plumbing. They were very thorough and did a great job - very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I will definitely call them again! thank you Wayne!

We had a few pipes freeze with our sub-zero temperatures. We vacated the house thinking it might be a couple of days before we could get someone out to fix it. We got a call back from one service tech saying they might be able to get here next day. Got a call from another tech who was just finishing up another job just a few minutes later. He was able to come out only about 3 hours after our first contact with the company (maybe 20 minutes after he called us), and it took even less time than we were quoted. 
We are able to sleep at home tonight, and it was much cheaper than we were thinking it might cost.

Was having issues with my sewer line and called in the morning.  The immediately told me that they were busy and it might take a while (very cold and lots of frozen pipes in the area).   They called late in the night (9:30 pm) and indicated that they could come and take a look.   They were here quickly and resolved the problem very quickly. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to come so late (and not charging me some emergency call fee like other places would).   The guy that came was very nice (even though he was having a late day). I will definitely use and recommend root-rooter services in the future and recommend to friends.

Manny the service tech did a great job cleaning out my sewer line. Would recommend him and roto-rooter to clean out clogged drains. Great job manny. Great service tech.
