Memo was fantastic. Had a floor drain back up that resulted in a few inches of water in the basement. Called roto-rooter at midnight and was able to get a response in under an hour. Memo was incredibly professional, explained why it was happening and resolved all our issues.

Have used their services twice now, and Tim, Glenn and Jim were fantastic. They knew what the problem was immediately and fix the problem promptly. Their technicians are also very polite and pay close attention to their work. The service rep that calls you and books your appointment is also very polite and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We had a pipe leak from the ceiling. Roto-Rooter response was immediate and within 1 hour of our call, Michael D gave fantastic service. He was responsive, very professional, very clean and repaired the leak quickly. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

We experienced a water leak due to a problem with our dishwasher. I contacted the RotoRooter company and they sent out a technician in a very short time. The technician was very kind and good at his job. He quickly identified the problem, found the source of the leak and fixed it.

We had a sudden back up from the main drain in our basement. It happened at 9pm on a Monday night. Roto-rooter sent MIKE K. to our home- he was great! He was at our house within the hour was able to snake the drain gave us some tips on what to look out for and we were all cleaned up and back to regular within 3 hours. Very reasonable price and speedy service :

This company completed a new sewer line at my home after my basement was flooded. They were professional from start to finish. The job started on schedule and finished on time. The crew was experienced and friendly and always mindful of keeping the job site clean. The final cost was exactly as the estimate and on time. Thank you everyone. I would highly recommend them!

Our service representative was prompt and polite. In addition to correcting our immediate issue with a pipe connection, he listened carefully to our concerns about moving an outside tap and then explained our options and what could/couldn’t be done. We were extremely pleased with our service and highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing issues.

Hassle free experience. Repaired our leaking water main valve in no time at all . Plumber explained process while repairing . We called the previous night around 9pm and it was repaired first thing the  following morning   only because we live in Durham , if in Toronto it would have been repaired that same night . Very professional service  and timely response . Overall quite satisfied.
