Very irritated to have discovered today an apt I made 2 weeks ago and took off of work for, was not written down in their system and they have no knowledge of it. They need to not have their phones go out to all manner of people who cannot even remember their clients names after telling them multiple times and perhaps try hiring an actual office manager who can keep up with the appointments.

The best guy in town to call for all my plumbing needs. He is quick, responsive and so helpful in identifying what the issue is when I have a problem! Thank you Daryl!!!

Technician arrived as scheduled. Explained all charges initially. Performed the work very efficiently and competently. Fixed an unexpected difficulty without excessive "extra charges" - a stunt commonly used by some repair/installation vendors to extract more money from a customer - greatly appreciated. Was friendly and informative with tips to prevent future troubles.

Appt 4 to 6 .. Tech arrived about 7:00. Tech said 10% Senior discount would apply. In reviewing the bill I found no discount applied. Tech did a good job.
