Jeff Smith has helped us out on several occasions. Jeff is knowledgeable and a terrific trouble shooter. He takes the time to insure the work is done right. If I ever have a plumbing issue, I always call Jeff because I know he will come quickly and get it corrected perfectly. He’s the best plumber I know and I’ve lived in the valley for 40 years and have worked with a lot of other plumbers. On top of that, he is a really good man and really cares about the customer. He doesn’t simply knock out shoddy work so he can rush off to the next gig.

Initially I had an issue with some work performed. However the Williams team went above and beyond to fix and accommodate us. I am very happy with the technicians as well as Amy who scheduled the work. It’s nice to have a small job matter in the valley these days

Spring in Montana usually means flooding, and unfortunately this year we were the lucky winners of a flooded crawl space. This meant our water heater was two-feet-deep in melted snow for almost two days, leaving it rusted out and on the fritz! 
I called Williams and had hot water within HOURS. It was truly amazing how prompt, efficient, helpful, and informative the entire team was, every step of the way.
From the professional and timely free estimate to the friendly, cheerful call from the dispatcher, and even to the clean, knowledgeable, and reliable work done by the tech, I was taken care of the whole time.
While having to purchase a new water heater and go without hot water for a while is painful and a big nuisance, the pain was significantly lessened by the help I received at a Williams. 
I would highly recommend this company for any emergency, maintenance, or annual “house keeping” items you may have!

We have been using Williams Plumbing exclusively for over 22 years.  They were our new construction plumbing contractor and they have provided excellent and responsive service over the years.  However they seem to have grown to a place where there culture of service and response to loyal customers has have been compromised and no longer reflects the standards they have demonstrated for years.   Today in the process of replacing a failed washing machine we discovered that  both the hot and cold supply valves were failed and in danger of progressing to a major leak within the wall.    Williams Plumbing offered two options, wait a week and risk major damage to the wall or wait until 5 PM tonight and pay a $100 fee and twice as much per hour for labor.  Clearly to us neither was a satisfactory response.  We found a plumber who is coming out this afternoon at regular fees. Needless to say, after 22 years, we will no longer be using Williams Plumbing services nor will we recommend them to anyone.  Dave and Peggy Foster

My experience with Williams Plumbing was nothing short of PERFECT.  Jeff and Nick were very professional and accommodating.  They arrived promptly at their designated window arrival and were both friendly and knowledgeable.  I had a leak in my guest bathroom and paid 2 different plumbers to come out to Big Sky to find the source of the leak.  Neither one was able to find that source.  Jeff took his time and assessed every possible scenario.  Voila! He found the source.  Thank You Williams Plumbing you have a client for life.
