Have used their services twice now, and Tim, Glenn and Jim were fantastic. They knew what the problem was immediately and fix the problem promptly. We had a sudden back up from the main drain in our basement. It happened at 9pm on a Monday night. Roto-rooter sent MIKE K. to our home- he was great! He was at our house within the hour was able to snake the drain gave us some tips on what to look out for and we were all cleaned up and back to regular within 3 hours. This company completed a new sewer line at my home after my basement was flooded. They were professional from start to finish. The job started on schedule and finished on time. Our service representative was prompt and polite. In addition to correcting our immediate issue with a pipe connection, he listened carefully to our concerns about moving an outside tap and then explained our options and what could/couldn’t be done. Recently had rain water backup due to a blocked weeping tile in one of the basement window wells.  Dealing with Roto-Rooter was very easy. Started with an appointment booking through their website, Serba came by to assess the next day. I was assured that this is unfortunately common and he explained what needed to be done. Crew came out the following day. Manually dug down over 6 feet - all by hand, through clay, one bucket at a time ... hard working guys! Team shared findings and repair when they exposed the existing pipe and started connecting new vertical one.  Crew cleaned up and all done in a day. Roto-Rooter demonstrated their experience and execution- well done!

Our experience with Roto-Rooter has been exceptional. We had someone on site within hours of calling and were provided with a quote the same day. The experienced staff have been amazing in terms of communication, explaining options and actually repairing the issue in a timely manner. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Michael was fantastic, and came on a holiday to help resolve my issue with a cracked hot water shut off valve in my basement. Called three different plumbing companies to try and resolve the issue, and only roto-rooter were able to come the same day to resolve my issue.

Phenomenal Service ! My sewer system backed up in the middle of the night and Roto Rooter was able to handle the emergency efficiently and effectively. The technician Memo walked into my house at almost 2:00 am with a smile and the best attitude. He diligently worked on the issue and patiently answered my many , many , many questions. His ability to ease my stress level in the middle of the emergency was very much appreciated. Memo is a customer service star !!! The next day Adam was at my door bright and early to do a camera inspection. He walked me through the inspection and explained everything thoroughly. Another customer service star ! I had a few issues with ground water in the basement, sanitary trap and a leaking waterline to the outside hose bib. One call to Roto-Rooter and they were here within the hour.  They provided great and reliable service. Each repair was fully explained to me and completed on time.  Many thanks to Justin Budway, Nick and his team, and Germaine for jobs well done!
