Had issues with main drain to the street an d could not use tickets. Called Roto-Rooter at 8PM an d they arrived within 30 minutes. Orlando #689 had the problem identified and solved in a short time. Orlando kept me informed during the whole process and
should be the issue with the drain pipe. He left the work site extremely clean an d arrange for a specialist to come back the next day to inform me of my options to fix the damaged drain pipe. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter an d Orlando.

Service was completed the same day I called for service. The technician that came was exceptional. He explained what he was going to do before he started and made sure my drain was perfect when he left.

Impressive water restoration service (partial gutting and drying of our kitchen after a bad leak from upstairs). Fernando was extremely informative, and Will and Jonathan did their work neatly and efficiently, with great attention to keeping any dust out of the surrounding areas of the house and to cleaning up afterwards.

We've used them twice and both times they were very good and spent as much time as needed to fix (or try to fix) the problem. They are very expensive tho, so when we needed major work done by a plumber, we ended up going with someone local and saved a few thousand bucks. But they are very friendly and hard working.
