I don't leave many reviews but Steve went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fix a sewer line that was destroyed. He did a incredible job of managing all aspects of the project and it was a tremendous amount of work. He dealt with the insurance company and the city and by the end of it all the price came in lower than the low estimate which was a life saver seeing as we discovered this problem right after we moved into our home. Best plumber I've ever dealt with and a great guy. We will use this plumber whenever we need one. He is fantastic and the guys were so professional and helpful. Thank you Steve!

I can't say anything better than the past several years with them. This company and Steve have been fantastic to work with. I'm honestly quite surprised of the negative feedback, as I have worked with this company for over 4+ years if not longer and they have been always responsive, timely, and get my customers taken care of on the rental homes. AA+++++ all the way and overall!

I called for service on one of my A/C units in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Our technicians, Ricky and Sean were professional and personable. They gave us an accurate estimate and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Basso to do any plumbing, heating, or A/C jobs you need done.

Excellent service.  Steve Basso, the owner called me back within 30 minutes.  Ricky, the technician, was at my house by 9:30am to fix the Air Conditioning.  He got it up and running in less than 30 minutes with on surprises on the final cost.  Also, Ricky was very respectful of my home--didn't track unnecessarily through it.  Will always use Steve Basso.

The most professional and knowledgeable crew i have ever seen in action.  From the first appointment with Steve Basso who came and measured everything and explained to me the whole job to the last day when they started my new Central A/C these guys were on point.  They made sure everything  was perfect when they left the job each day.  They were all very nice to my children and they even let my son pretend like he was running the job.
