I called at 430 am on Christmas Day because our sewer was backing into basement from all 4 drains when flushing any of our 7 toilets. Technician showed up at 915 am on same day (Christmas). Took him 15 minutes and all good! $275 fix, but service was exceptional, timely, professional and educational; thus, well worth the fee. ”

Great service! Christopher M. spent a whole Saturday (about 6 hours) replacing a hot water heater and installing copper lines for my ice maker. He knew that the service call was priority as the hot water heater and ice maker were both leaking water into my basement. He was very diligent, kind, and calm. He completed the job and resolved my water leakage issue.

Rotor rooter came my home on Mar 4, 2017 to fix a leaking pipe. The repairman explain everyone to me, the cause of leak, what needs to be done to fix it and the cost. That's all the information I needed. The repairman did just what he said. I loved the way he presented himself and I was happy with the work. I am totally satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend them anytime.

Our entire experience with Rotor-Rooter has been outstanding, from the first call for an appointment until our Technician Carl left. We needed a new larger water heater installed in a small closet, not an easy typical install. Our technician Carl was so knowledgeable, nice and professional. Thank you for your recommendation on product selection and all your hard work on an all day project.

Glenn Roeder came a second time to access the situation of the blockage connected to my washing machine. There are many unknowns to how this should be repaired. I felt that every effort was made to correct the blockage. The next steps were reviewed and carefully explained. The explanation was through and I felt like I understood the problem. I am proceeding with work as outlined.
