I stupidly put a nail through a water pipe late at night, so after shutting off our water line, I gave the Hoffmann Brothers a call.  The next morning, John from the Hoffmann Brothers came out and not only fixed the pipe quickly, but also showed me what he was doing and taught me a few things about our new house.  He was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable, and I can't thank him and the company enough for helping us so quickly.  They didn't even try and upsell us on things we don't need, and for that, they will continue to have our business.

Had a problem with hoffman Bros at the start but they quickly fixed the problem plus the workers were great and fun to talk to. I will definitely use them agian.

John from Hoffmann Brothers Plumbing came out to help me make sure my plumbing was up to code in order to pass St. Louis County Inspection. Thanks to him. It passed!  He was quick, helpful and wonderful to work with.  He also was very careful in keeping the house clean by wearing shoe covers.  Love him and love Hoffmann Brothers!!!!

Top notch service!  When our water heater started leaking, we googled "Water Heater St. Louis" and one of the first listed was Hoffman Brothers.  We were happy with the reviews listed (even a negative review that the owner had personally responded to) and decided to give them a call.  So glad we did.  Our initial appointment was on a Friday, and when Andy showed up we were unable to get the water turned off.  So Andy started looking around the front yard for the main shut off.    After no luck locating the main shut off, we ended up having to call Dig Rite for fear we would have to dig up the main shut off valve.  Andy was extremely patient and understanding and helped us get rescheduled for the following Monday. Andy showed back up on Monday, got right to work, replaced the old water heater, ensured everything was installed up to code, cleaned up the mess (I think my basement is actually cleaner now than when he arrived) and the invoice matched exactly what we were quoted.  From our first call to Hoffman until shaking hands with Andy as he left, our experience was outstanding.  We highly recommend the Hoffman Brothers!

started a bathroom remodel and ran into a issue best left to the experts.  We got next day service from Mike H. and he did an outstanding job.  If Mike is representative of what this company offers, I will positively call them again and not hesitate to recommend to friends.
