When our basement flooded I got Rotor-Rooter's name off of Angie's List. They have an A rating. I got a representative when I called who sent a consultant to our house within an hour of my call. Conor evaluated the area and called my insurance company. He up set the water removal to be done. Manny and Chris arrived two days later. They removed the damaged rugs and walls, set up drying equipment and monitored the equipment for three days until the moisture reading of the studs were within normal limits. Rotor-Rooter sent all of the information including pictures to my insurance company. I did not have to do anything. They did a great job and they did it fast.

Excellent service from first call , outstanding follow through, informed technician, clean, neat and knowledgeable. Performed a difficult job clearing more than 50' of PVC drain piping with excellent results. No mess. Great attitude on the phone and in person. Very professional.

I had a mixed experience with this company I had service provided by Matt number 51 0 1, and Dennis number 5125. I would like to extend my gratitude to both gentlemen for their professional and kind treatment during my service calls. Both technicians were knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and respectful, and provided me with good service. I would highly recommend either of them and be confident to have them service my needs in the future. Unfortunately, there was a small complication which necessitated me speaking to their superior, Chris . He was nothing like the 2 technicians who came to my home to provide service to me. I felt that he was unprofessional, disrespectful, impolite and spoke to me in a tone unbecoming to someone in his position. For that reason i would sadly, never choose to do business with your company again in the future. I would like however to stress again, that both technicians were excellent and were it not for the bad experience with Chris, I would not hesitate to recommend you to others. Thank you again Matt, and Dennis. Those five stars are for you guys.

I appreciate that your service workers are obviously well trained and experience. Nate initially responded to snake the drain but was able to critically think what else could be causing our problem and not only called in the next guy who had a camera but also noticing the water in the basement and called in a water remediation guy to discuss our options. Although the diagnosis was an expensive one for me I realized that I have been actually wasting a lot of money having the plumber I have used clear the drain every once in awhile because he wasn't able to identify the real problem. Nate did a great job and was quick to respond to our call and very friendly and professional. Matt M. was awesome, telling us what he was seeing on the camera and trying to find the actual spot that was affected which was a bit confusing so he went out of his way to took run back to the office and get the prints of our main line which helped us figure out the problem. He went above and beyond and even took the initiative to discuss the issue with our neighbor who shared our line. Like I said I have been hesitant in the past to call Roto-Rooter because I thought they would be more expensive than my plumber but this experience has changed my mind and I think their services will actually save me a lot of money in the long run because they will get to the "root" of the problem.

My technician Ryan arrived at my home this morning and got much more than he could have imagined. After bringing a 150 pound snake down narrow wooden steps that are very old began to attempt to remove the cap off of one clean out and couldn't get the cap to move. Ryan seemed unfazed by this and just moved on to the next trap. This time we had to move a full chest freezer which Ryan did without my help. Again the cap wouldn't budge after some 20 minutes of spraying lubricant and hammering the wrench. At this point Ryan had to call his supervisor following protocol. He then dragged the snake back up the stairs and bring it into to the smallest half bath in town, pulled the toilet and went about the job of snaking the whole line. He finished put everything back together refusing to let me help him clean the mess. He also explained to me all my options moving forward. I was very impressed with this young man, his work ethic and how he never got upset at any of the roadblocks that he encountered and overcame. I would call Roto-Rooter anytime and would ask for Ryan if available
