Very happy with the service that Clinton provided.  Although we waited longer than expected for his arrival it was totally understandable.  The temp had been hovering around "0" for more than a week so everyone was calling for service.  Clinton was very accommodating and did a great job.  Pricing was reasonable considering it was same day service.  And as it turns out he serviced my sons house last year and my son really liked him and said he did a great job!  Thank you!

Excellent service provided by John! I called in the early evening, expecting to set up an appointment for the next day to get the drain unclogged. The appointment was scheduled for the same evening. John analyzed the problem and we discussed my options.  Once I decided to go ahead with the job, he was quick and efficient and then explained the problem and the work that he had done. Although the price quote seemed a bit high at the start, I am happy with the result and the 6 month guarantee of the work gives me comfort.

I was very pleased with both plumbers. John the dude came out to assess the situation at 8:30pm one night and reassured me cause I was stressed. Made recommendations and had Alex’s the next guy come out to install the next morning. (I still made it to work that night)I am very thankful to have gotten this all done so quickly as I don’t relish cold showers in February. Will certainly call them again!

Call them in the morning was told a time but it wasn't until hours after that the technician showed up. Then he said the machine he had was too heavy for him to move to where a tech from roto rooter was able to clear the pipes before.  He proceed to tell me the only way is using a high pressure hose, 350$ more and won't be until 10 pm.  The other tech arrived at 7:45 and in less than 10 min is done.  He explained that The pipes should be checked using a camera and that someone would be here the next day by 6pm to do so.  What got me mad is that once I checked the receipt there was a note there that stated the job was not guaranteed because there were issues??  I read the paper before sign it an that was not there before or I would have questioned it.  Overall I felt they just wanted to get more money out if us.
