Okay picture this. A new homeowner foolishly turns off the heat in his house and goes on vacation unaware of the looming cold snap of the century. Of course he returns to a house of frozen pipes, but thanks to the internet he successfully thaws everything except for the shower faucet that breaks and begins to spew water down the wall into the first floor ceiling. Since it was the cold snap of the century and the city was full of broken pipes, no plumbers were available to the new homeowner until 3 days later, at which time he was sure that is house would be a frozen waterlogged wreck. Stream Line couldn't come that night either, but what Ray did do was walk me through the process of finding the inside water main to stop the flood of water down the inside my walls, identifying a Pressure Balance Rough Volume Control Valve Body, and fixing it myself. Not only that, but he came by the next day, congratulated my progress and inspected my work, all for the best price possible. The man is an angel. He saved my property and my sanity. Thank you, Ray.

Don't waste your time calling anywhere else! Just call stream line! After leaving multiple voice messages and receiving NO response from other services claiming "24/7" service, Stream line actually answered the phone when I called and dispatched a plumber within 30 mins!!! Ray was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately! We were clear within minutes of his arrival! He continued to further educate us to help prevent any future issues. Price was fair given the situation and approximately HALF of their competitors. Don't hesitate to contact stream line! You won't be disappointed!

We had an issue in which sewage was ending up on our front porch. I called Streamline and they sent out someone within less than an hour after I called. They not only unclogged the drain but also told us the problem and how to prevent it and cleaned up the sewage. All of those services for an extremely modest price. I paid three times the amount to another plumbing service when I had a similar problem a year ago and they didn't even clean up! Finding a fast and reliable plumber was always a headache but after the more than satisfactory service from Streamline, they will definitely be a go-to for my plumbing needs.

Ray was awesome! I called early in the am b/c I thought I had a leaky stack pipe. He came later in the morning the same day; offered to come through the back, to make it easier for me. (I loved that b/c I had construction going on upstairs unbeknownst to him) When Ray saw the issue he immediately gave me free advice and a simple fix. He didn't try to lure me into getting something done that wasn't necessary and would be time consuming. Apparently, I didn't need to replace my stack just the stack plate ($10 at the supply store) and done. He was very polite and extremely professional.  He even offered me other plumbing advice and how to go about doing; unlike other plumbers who try to take all your $$$, Ray didn't even try to procure the inquired job advice! He was all about saving me, the consumer, money. I would definitely call Stream Line plumbing again.
