A Joke for emergencies
Please look elsewhere if you are in an emergency flooding situation and need competent help right away.
Our basement began flooding around 10:30pm on a Sunday night.  After calling and explaining our situation, we were quoted a 4 hour time frame for someone to come out (12am-4am).  We were thrilled when someone showed up around midnight.  This guy was simply a sales person who was clearly there to try to get the high dollar sale of the clean up/renovations of the basement.  He stood in our way with his dress shoes while we sloshed through a foot of water.  The "technician" who was hours behind him had nothing on his truck to assist us, other than a sump pump.  He didn't even know what a trash pump was!  My biggest issue is that, when he finally left, he was supposed to follow up with me at 9am.  If we hadn't gotten the water out, he was to schedule the water truck to come.  I never heard from him!!!!!

I called and got an appointment same day. Originally was given a 4 hour window, but they called and dispatched a plumber within the hour. The plumber was very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable. The plumber had two options, and tried the more affordable first, which ended up working. He said if he had to try option two we wouldn’t be charged for the first option. They warranty their work. I will call again if I have plumbing issues.

So bad experiences. I called for an estimate about whole house water filter system installation to see if we meet the installation requirements before I order the product. The tech was pissed when he knew I hadn't order the product yet. He didn't even want to take a look at the installation manual. He is so impatient and when I ask him questions he sounds like I am an idiot. He said he can't tell me how long it will take to install the system. not even a rough number.  I asked him if I need a electrician to put an outlet on the wall where I should be putting it, he said it's my job to read the owner's manual and I told him I am not an expert that's why I call you guys to come out and take a look, it's your job to tell me what I need to do from my side then he just walked out on me. UNBELIEVABLE.

We had a clogged toilet that was over flowing into our ground floor living space, we called and were told that they could send someone out to do a no obligation quote and at first I was anxious and skeptical. ‘Yeah right I’ve heard that before... no obligation no hassles’ but once our tech got here, Brian Tag, he located our problem and even did some preliminary work as part of the no obligation quote. He told us the price and when we decided to go with them he got right to work. They were $100 cheaper than 2 other places and they really were kind and professional. It’s a base fee of $325 to snake the main drain from your house out 110ft which usually gets you to the city pipes and that’s great because one place we called charged $325 per hr to do that same thing. And we did opt for a camera to get snaked along our pipes as well which was only $120. Seems like a lot, but a second place was going to charge $220 for the camera. At rotorooter only the supervisors can use the camera so when he got to the house; John, he was professional as well. He did have to take a call for another customer and he was very kind to that customer too. They were respectful by wearing foot covers and with the snow and mud it was greatly appreciated. I will use them again and I will always request Brian Tag as my tech. He and John made a bad day into a great day, thank you so much!!!

Jamie replaced the on/off valve  for the toilet.  Jamie was very personable, knowledgeable and tidy.  He spent time explaining what he had done.  I am impressed with Amy. The cost seemed a little high but really have no data to support that statement.  I would call on Jamie.
