Steve B. arrived at our home Thanksgiving Day to fix a drain blockage another plumber was unable to fix the night before. He was very professional and courteous and he worked very hard to reach the block.  The location of the clean out drain in my basement made it impossible for Steve to use the correct machine because it wouldn't fit.  He tried everything possible but was unable to get the block removed.  He is scheduling a follow-up appointment next week to have a camera locate the drain blockage and an exterior clean out valve installed so I don't have the problem again. 

I could tell Steve B. was not happy with the outcome but he was very tactful and professional when he delivered the bad news.  I'd have Steve B. back anytime to assist.

Our heat pump quit working and Atlas Butler came out that day to look at it.  Nathan Smith was very polite and patient with all our questions and explained that it would have to be replaced.  It was 15 years old.  Parts for that model aren't even available anymore.  He contacted the salesman at Atlas Butler, Steve McCloud.  He was at our house that same afternoon, explained all our options and which model would work best for us.  The technicians were at our house at 8;00 a.m. and done by 2:30.  They all did a great job.  A real team effort.  We are very happy with the new heat pump and would recommend Atlas Butler to anyone who might be in the same situation as we were.  Good Job, Atlas Butler!

My scheduled service appointment was completed by Matt S. today. Matt called ahead to say he was on his way, and arrived right on time. Quickly he began the process of checking the heating and A/C units. After he checked the heating unit, he showed me the humidity (water) filter, stating he felt it needed replacing. When I asked the cost, Matt quickly shared that dollar amount. After all the work was done, my cost was only for the replacement water filter because the Premier Member account covered the  heating & A/C checks. Thanks Atlas-Butler!

Darren was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained the issue with my furnace clearly and gave me options. He explained the service plan I signed up for and what all was included. On top of that he was very friendly and courteous! I highly recommend him.

Chris G. came to my house for a routine maintenance check.  He found a crack in my system (which he showed me) that can be pretty pricey to fix.  Chris let me know the possible options that I had to fix the problem.  Being that my system was getting up there in age, I felt my best option was to replace my system.  I wanted to jump on the situation immediately.  Chris got on the phone and had a Comfort Advisor, Mark D, come to my home within the hour.  Talk about immediate service!  I was provided several options with no pressure.  Atlas Butler helped me through the entire process to make sure I was confident in my purchase. Without hesitation, I was recommend Atlas Butler.  Thanks Chris and Mark for making my experience a positive one!
