I called Joe at Noon on the 20th of Feb. to see if he could come out to my home to look at my Water Heater, He was able to make it out the same day in the evening and was able to diagnose and work with my home warranty company to get the issue resolved.  He worked late into the evening to install a new water heater for me so my family didn't have to be without hot water for another day.  Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Gas hot water heater went out and Joe showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right away. Service was fast and very professional. We will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

Honest, reliable, skilled, positive attitude, goes beyond the call, and doesn't sell you any thing or service that you do not need. I've used his service 3 times now. Today was potentially for a new disposal, but he pointed out that mine was just jammed, and then he fixed it in short time. He also installed a rain barrel's downspout attachment for me out of kindness. Awesome!!

It wasn't to horribly priced and he warrantied it for a year. But he wasn't particularly friendly or considerate he left the door to the meters open along with the doors that lead to the hot water tank. He moved my cat box which is fine but he never moved it back so the opening was facing the wall so my cat couldn't use it  until I saw it. We have small children and animals it took me an hour to get my cat our from behind the water tank so I could close the doors. All in all he fixed the problem but he just wasn't very pleasant.
