Excellent service. I requested an appointment (for Friday, on Wednesday) online via the website, within 2 hours I received a call back telling me that a Technician was available that afternoon if I would prefer. Rick showed up promptly that afternoon and was great to work with. He was courteous and very professional. He replaced my hot water heater and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up very thoroughly prior to leaving. He really was pleasurable to deal with and ANY plumbing needs I have in the future will be done by Roto-Rooter. I am tired of leaving messages with other plumbers and not even getting a call back. I highly recommend Rick.

Had a toilet repair done today and the service couldn’t have been any better! Called in yesterday to schedule and was treated with the upmost respect from the Jacksonville locations dispatcher. She said someone would be out the following day and there was. The plumber Keven arrived on scene and fixed the toilet issue with much professionalism. He was very friendly and respectful and did a very good job. He told me he had been doing plumbing for many years and his experience showed in the job he did! I would recommend Roto Rooter for all you plumbing needs!

Great service and quality products were provided by our plumber from Jacksonville!! The first service visit didn't quite get the job done but they were quick to send out a second service technician to re-evaluate and correct the issue. Outstanding customer service and quick too!!

This may be lengthy, but the entire story must be told. On Thursday I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Ashley. She told me that someone would be out on Friday afternoon, and the technician would call to let me know he was on the way. I told her I was good with that. As 4:00 PM Friday rolled around and I had not yet received a call, I called and, again, spoke with Ashley. I asked her if I was still on the schedule for a visit. She said that I was, and that the technician would call when he was enroute to my residence. At 9:00 PM I told my wife that I suspected that no one was coming. On Saturday morning I received a call from the office asking if I was going to be home, as a technician would be dispatched shortly. I explained to the lady (not Ashley)what transpired on Friday, and that I was no longer interested in a visit from Roto-Rooter in that I was very disappointed in their service, and miffed over the fact that I sat home all afternoon and evening Friday waiting for the call to tell me the technician was on the way. So, later on Saturday I was surprised to receive a call from Keven letting me know that he was on the way. I reinterated my experience from the previous couple days. Obviously, he was unaware of what had transpired. We spoke a bit, and I told him the only way I would agree to a Roto-Rooter visit would be if they offered me a discount cost of the work that needed to be done. To my surprise, a discount was offered and the repairs were completed. All the above has led me to this......Keven is the consummate professional. His expertise and customer service were beyond reproach. He was apologetic for what had taken place, even though he had no part in it. If I ever need a plumber in Jacksonville, I'd still call Roto-Rooter. Would have rated 5 stars if not for the office misstep.
