If you want a company that is shady and doesn't show up when they say they will give this company a call!! I called this company to come out and  possibly unclog my main line. I was told someone would be out in 2 hours after 2 hours of not hearing anything I called again and was transferred to dispatch. Dispatch stated they were running behind and could not give me an ETA. Received a call at 5:55pm from a technician stating it would be 45 minutes they are in the next town over and that he would be calling again when he was on his way.  At 9:00pm still did not hear anything. I called again and was told dispatch was on the phone. Once I did talk to dispatch asked if it was going to be the same night sometime or sometime the next day? They scheduled me for the next day with a window of 10am to 2pm.  I called and canceled the service call the next morning. While on the phone cancelling the service call they call my other contact and state they are sorry but they no longer service my area. But while I was cancelling they asked me why I was canceling.  Seriously!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU CHOSE TO..

unreliable company. Do not waste your time. I scheduled an appointment...waited forever, then to find out my ticket order was cancelled...wow.. not even a phone call to say NO ONE is coming. Unreliable. Do not trust this company.

My kitchen sink backed up.  I tried everything I could to get it taken care of, pulled it apart and could not find the clog.  This afternoon I called to see if they could come today.  They told me a time between 5-8.  I got a call saying they were on their way.  Patrick arrived , introduced himself and went to work.  He did a fantastic job and got the deep clog taken care of in no time.  I had a lot of question and he did not hesitate to answer them.  Thank you so much Patrick for saving me!

awesome service!! they came out and fixed our broken pipe the same day. very professional. fixed the pipe quickly and we got water back to our house. the only complaint i have was someone from dispatch called while we were waiting for them to come (they gave us a four hour window) and told us they dont do the service we requested and they never should have accepted our work order. then he said he wasnt a plumber. the guys were out 20 min after that and fixed it. dispatch created alot of unneeded stress, they should keep thier plumbing opinions to themselves. otherwise jamie and his partner were awesome!!

Showed up on time and cleared the drain line in one hour.  Driver called when he was about 25 minutes out so that we could meet at the site at the same time.  Very pleased.
