I had a broken sewer pipe. The clean-up guys did a great job. The plumbers did a great job. The restoration guys not so much. They left my AC/Heating vents unattached and never told me. I was told I needed insulation and new flooring only. I ran my A/C for 2 days and thought my HVAC unit was shot. Cost another $1200 to fix "restoration" work. Unhappy with the restoration work, happy with clean-up and plumbing.

The guys were prompt, polite, and professional! They did a great job and resolved the problem in no time flat. The rate was reasonable and actually cheap compared to the diagnosis and quote from the text that looks at the problem the day before. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion even from another tech at the same company. Very happy with today's outcome and as always I will recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends.

Expert service.
The crew that answers the phone were courteous and sympathetic. They called back to keep me abreast of the scheduled arrival.  The technician was very capable and offered advice freely as the products we should be using to maintain a clear drain.  Our problem was solved the same day that I called for service.  A+

Be aware they make you sign a waiver that if their tech breaks or cracks my toilet while fixing,  I am responsible for fixing it ..NOT THEM ,even though they are the ones using their tools and went to them for help as professionals,  also over priced, just to unclog my toilet 220 dollars which took him few minutes , had him also quote on a bathroom sink that water wasn't going down as normal and to fix that another 200 something so I refused that fix by them . only good thing I can say about this company is the tech guy came in a timely matter otherwise their  business quote of " don't charge arm and a leg" I feel is BS!! I also noticed that when somebody does put a bad review his reply is always send me an email and what the problem was not even personal to what the person complain about seems like a pre sent out email that goes out to anybody with bad reviews

The plumber came out on a Saturday in the time frame predicted.  He did a great job, fixed my clogged sewer, and gave me some tips how to avoid clogs in the future.  Chak was great.  BUT, his company charged me $500 for one hour job.  That is not so great.
