DO NOT purchase an appliance from Home Depot. The service is horrible and they will lie to you about the price. Lets start with the customer service. Justine will not call you back when she states she will. The price point is comparable with other retailers. Keep that in mind! If not, most other retailers will price compare. I ordered this fridge. Got a call/voicemail on Nov 22 at 1PM EST regarding my delivery. I quickly rushed and left another appointment. I waited there. Waited. Called the number back. No return call. Called the 800 2 hours later. They stated they couldn't make it to my residence and I would have to reschedule for Friday, Nov 24 between the hours of 12-4pm. Friday came around and again, WAITED until 4PM. I called. They put me on hold for almost 45 minutes. They never loaded my fridge on the truck. HORRIBLE. The worst customer service. Why didn't they tell me in the morning or common courtesy during my time of delivery to find out they never loaded this. I WOULD HIGH SUGGEST purchasing appliances elsewhere. You have been warned!

This place is an absolute nightmare. I purchased a dish washer in early November. It was installed about 5-6 weeks later. I ran a load of dishes on that Friday night and it flooded my kitchen. I called the number the gentlemen who installed it gave me and they said it sounded like a problem with the unit and they would call me with a date that they would come by to replace it. I waited 3-4 days and then called back as no one had contacted me only to be told that I had waited too long and that the window for the call center to return and fix any problems was 48 hours. When I told them that I had called the next day and was told that I would be receiving a phone call they looked in their records, acknowledged that I had called within the window and told me there was still nothing they could do. Also the average wait time for someone to even answer the phone at the call center was about 30-40 minutes and when your forced to call them a bunch of times a week trying to get them to fix something you paid a lot of money for it gets to be a huge waste of time. So I then called Home Depot and I was given a number for Samsungs customer service. I called and was on the phone for over an hour as they told me it was on the installer to fix any problems with the installation. So I called Home Depot again and the one manager lance was very helpful and got someone to actually come out and help me. So a Samsung tech called and told us he was only in the Philadelphia area 1 day a month and if I wanted to get it fixed by him I would basically have to take off work and wait for him at my house on a Monday. The tech came and was unable to fix the problem because the the installers did such a terrible job parts of my sink and counter top were damaged and need to be replaced. Basically they used the wrong parts to install the dishwasher even though we paid for the real parts what ever that means. So now it's about halfway through January and I still don't have the dishwasher I paid for the first week of November, my countertop is missing a big chunk and my sink has been leaking into my cabinet for over a month and now it's all slime and warped. So yeah....this place is awful
