Business owners beware! This agency has no clue how workers compensation policies should be written. Unless you're looking to part with some of your hard earned money make sure to shop elsewhere. Otherwise service was decent with this agency. If its a simple policy that they understand you might be OK.

Fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable in multiple fields of insurance coverage. I have effectively saved a ton of money on both business and auto insurance with these guys. Couldn't recommend them enough!

As a client of Rouleau insurance and someone that has referred business repeatedly in the past for my own clients, I can say without a doubt that Amy and her team know what they're doing.

I've sent extremely complex cases to them in the past, and they have handled every interaction with professionalism, knowledge, and guided  my clients in a way where they always felt their situation was both easily done and under control.

I would never recommend another property and casualty firm other than these folks.  They will forever have my personal business as well as a strong recommendation for every client I work with both now and in the future, regardless of its complexity.  If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Amy and her team have been absolutely wonderful since we began working with them over 2.5 years ago. In addition to our personal lines insurance, Rouleau Insurance Agency also handles all of the insurance policies for mine and my husbands chiropractic office. Their customer service is top notch and all of our questions are always answered quickly. We never hesitate to refer family, patients and other business owners to Rouleau Insurance Agency. Thank you for all of your help!

I switched all of our insurances from another agency to Rouleau about 2 years ago and cannot say enough about Amy and her staff. What impresses me the most about Amy is her uncanny ability to remember me, my business and the "nitty gritty" details of our policies with her agency. If you current insurance agent treats you like nothing more than a dollar sign I would highly recommend Rouleau Insurance for personal attention and peace of mind.
