Dr. Shah is great.  You can tell he is a doctor who stays up to date with technology adding to the patients’ convenience.  Dr. Shah’s main concern is making you comfortable and providing you the best solutions.  Dr. Shah’s staff is amazing.  They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and take their time explaining the process to you. All of his secretaries and dental assistants are well informed.  The hygienists are very friendly and efficient!  You can tell that behind the scenes they all train and explain the processes to each other making for a smooth experience.

I am so glad that I found this dental practice. They are located near my home, but if you live a distance away...  It is worth the drive!  I love the fact that they send me text/email alerts reminding me of my appointments.

They take CareCredit which helps out a lot and the ladies at the front desk are always there to explain the best options.

Dr. Shah can also do dental implants and other oral devices.   I plan on getting a few dental implants/bridge done.

Friendly staff, always willing to
Help, high technology office. Their staff Corrina and hygienist Theresa greeted me with a genuine smile and treated me and my kids like a family. Their whole staff was super friendly with my kids. My kids love going to the dentist office because of such a positive overall experience. Their office is equipped with latest and greatest technology which is a huge plus.

Definitely a five star place. I had chipped my front tooth and had a big event later that day. They managed to squeeze me in on a moments notice and did a quick and perfect job. I was very pleased with my visit. Dentist, Kalpit Shah and his staff were polite and professional. Thanks for the quick save!

Amazing place to go! Both my 7 year old and I go here and love it. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Shah is friendly and personable yet always professional. The office is so clean and you are always greeted with a friendly face that knows who you are (even though we only go twice a year). It's amazing how they pay attention to personal details and make you feel like more than a patient. Would strongly recommend!!!

I had a dental emergency on Monday morning. Went to see Dr Shah. He got me into a chair by 12 noon and then performed a root canal the next day.  Dr Shah is knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. 

I have been to many dentists in my life, Dr Shah is by far the best. His dental office is run very professionally and his office staff is second to none. 

If you are looking for a dentist, Round Lake Family Dentistry is the place to go.
