Frustration, is how I describe our latest visit to Round Table Pizza. Our local store offers 50% off large pizzas on Mondays. We know that this is a popular offer and therefore the place is normally busy. We always take this into account when ordering on Mondays.

This last Monday we called up and ordered our pizzas, we were told it would be an hour. We arrived about 45 minutes later, fully prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes. We pay, get a couple of drinks and grab a table.

After waiting 30 minutes without any pizza we checked in and were told that it would be up shortly. Another 10 minutes we check again, told that they would be right up.

After waiting 45 minutes before arriving, then additional 45 minutes at the restaurant we are seeing other customers who arrive after us get their pizzas. Once again we check in, only this time we insist that they check the tag, guess what they lost the pizzas. No one seemed to care that  we had been waiting nearly two flipping hours for a pizza, we asked for a refund and it took several attempts to refund us.

My take away from this whole experience is that the manager on duty, did not care. If the manager doesn't care why would the employees?

Terrible...I wish I could rate stars!!! This place doesn’t allow their employees to wear gloves when handling food unless they have a cut because they fear that it’s a waste of money to keep having to buy more gloves

Coworkers come here for lunch. They serve a lunch buffet that for $8+$3 for drink isn't bad. All you can eat pizza and salad plus bread sticks. We hadn't been here in awhile and it felt like it had gone down hill. Pizza options were rather basic, pepperoni, combo and Hawaiian. There was 15 minutes during our lunch where there was only jalapeño pizza. Salad bar lost cheese and gained a second potatoes salad option.

Buffet only had 2 pizzas and every open table was dirty with dishes on it. 2 customers kept cleaning out any new pizza they brought out.

Pizzas are good, but the prices could be better. I prefer Pizza Hut over Round Table.
