Disgusted with their lies. Deserving of ZERO stars but can't leave a review without giving them at least one star. Kevin told me the car I wanted and drove 3 hours to purchase had sold and talked me into a more expensive sale just for me to discover the car I really wanted was on another one of their lots. When I discovered this I called Kevin he acted stupid to this discovery. They promised repairing an issue I discovered prior to purchase (a scratch) only to have a second 6 hour round trip for another lie. No repair of the scratch. Was going to purchase two cars but instead will never return and will tell my experience to anyone willing to hear the truth about become a victim to their lies and deceit. Go somewhere else, anywhere is better than Rountree. Worse experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Save yourself the stress of the Rountree experience!

Decided to schedule an appointment on my day off to have my tire replaced, front head lamp bulb changed, an oil change and car wash for my work truck. I figured after hearing great things about this company that it would be a great experience.. It wasn't! After paying more than $300 for services I get home to realize that they didn't change out my head lamp bulb and my new tire was going flat. This was on one of my only days off and I spent it waiting for my truck to get finished.. Only to later find out my day off was wasted and I would have to come back for an unnecessary problem that should've been repaired and completed the first time when I paid for it. I won't be coming back and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Thanks Rountree Moore for the memorable experience and the extra 2 hours I had to wait with your service team to have my truck finished...

The TRUTH. I had a rough start in an attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. However, with a sales team of Alan Boyd and Tiffanni Aguirre the sale was almost smooth. The Amazing team these 2 sales consultant's made was truly what kept me interested in staying with this dealership.when it was time to come to an agreement, my 2 heavy hitting sales team went to Stephen Jones with an obviously out of the park deal. Now I am a proud owner of a 2017 F-250. Great job team!

I would say they had bad customer service, but in reality they had no customer service. I called at 8am and talked to Tammy to inquire about a used truck they had listed online. She said it was still available, and since it was exactly what I had been looking for and at a good price I told her I wanted to buy the truck. I offered to give them a credit card number as a deposit (was willing to pay full asking price) or buy the truck on my card. I told her I had a few meetings and then I would be on my way to the dealership, no more than a few hours. I do a lot of business with my local Ford dealer and offered to have the GM call them to verify I was a serious buyer. Finished with my meetings, picked up the cash from the bank and was on my way at 10am when Tammy called back and said they sold the truck. It's this kind of dealership that give all car dealers and Ford a bad name. I have never seen a dealer that would not hold a truck for even a few hours for a buyer who was coming from out of town. Especially one paying full price with cash. Don't bother driving any distance to look at their inventory, it's first come first serve and they must be hard up for sales with that kind of service! Extreamly disappointed they would do this to a loyal Ford customer of 35years. Called GM, left message, did not receive a return phone call.

So my experience begun back in Jan 2015.. My vehicle broke down, had it towed to this Dealership. They confirmed what I suspected it was the fuel pump. I told them to do the fuel pump and go ahead and change the spark plugs too cause my vehicle had 120k and they were due. I asked them to save the old spark plugs. They called me said it was ready. Went to pick it up and I didnt see the old plugs so I asked them. Said tech must have forgotten about saving them and they are probably in the trash. Now here it is a little over 2 years later my expedition has 176k and misfiring. Its only been 57k miles since spark plug replacement and they are completely wore out like they have never been replaced. I replaced them today and it runs like new. Wish I could post pictures because I would. No way possible that 57k mile the plugs are completely toast. When they are rated for 100k miles. Best of all they wont do anything about it cause it's been over the 2 year warranty. Thanks Ford for taking my money and not doing your job.
