I live in Jacksonville Beach and I found a car I liked but it was all the way at I75 Auto. I worked with the manager Tony Taylor and honestly I couldn't believe how great he was. He worked with my every step of the way and even brought the car to me to look at rather than asking me to come all the way to the dealership. I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. It was gorgeous, it even took a couple extra days because Tony and the crew wanted to make sure I got the best for my money, they fixed minor issues and even included things no other dealership would even think about. I would recommend anybody to check them out before buying a used car. I don't always ad a review on a business unless it really stuck out good or bad.. in this case.. extremely good!! Next car or truck I buy I will be calling them first to see what they have! A+ for sure!

Great experience,  Crystal was the easiest person I have ever dealt with buying a car. The dealership went out of its way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and fixed any concerns I had.

Be very careful here. When you request a money factor, they run your credit automatically to 4 different banks. They will tell you it won't impact your credit score, but then you get an email saying  your credit score dropped 10 points. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them you're not buying a car on that day: they still run your credit, they don't care about the customers - it's all about selling the vehicle and ruining the customers credit score. Not only going against our wishes but also making me pay for the next 2 years. Never doing business with them. Had 1 hard inquiry before walking to their sales office.

Nice vehicles, but their prices are not much less than a dealership. Might as well buy new of you can afford this place.
