The mailman in Rowland heights leaves our mail boxes open 2-3 times a week.  The post office doesn't care.

I called in and the person answered the phone doesn't know how to speak English!!!!!!! Hang up on me and when I tried calling back...directed me to the voicemail!!!!! TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doesn't know how to deal with customer at all!!!!!!!!!?

bad service, when you try to close the account, they force you pay an other month, then give you back your mails.
