Bad customer service on phone machine. Call them 6 times hang up every time they said they will get a person on the phone.

I am calling for a package, i have been on hold for 32 minutes and still waiting. It took forever to finally get to wait for a representative because there was no digit to press to wait for one. I had to hang up redialed and go through the whole system again.

Small USPS office. Has 2 or 3 windows plus P.O. boxes. Usually a short wait time.

I have been going to this post office for the last 4 years and I have never had a problem, even at the rush hour before closing and I am able to get out quickly. The customer service is great, they remember me by my name now :)
