Horrible place to get a loan. They have no empathy or willingness to work with you on payments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THEIR RUDE EMPLOYEES.

I didn't get a loan here, they still call me every day asking to deliver a message to someone who put me down as a reference. Its been over two months since I told them to quit calling.

So if you put someone down as a reference, without their permission, expect  them to be mad at you.

TO ROY FINANCE: 

You're a horrible company.

I'm a ex- employee. On A friday I was having chest pains and my blood pressure and pulse were way up. My boss Jacci had me relax and also call my Dr. To see what he suggest I do. He told me to get to the E.R. as soon as possible. I went up there, and my ekg came back abnormal 3 times. My cardiologist came in and diagnosed me with SVT. Superventricular tachycarda which means my heart isn't working correctly. I'm scheduled for March 13, 2015 for heart surgery. I had made it to work all the following week, and that Fri. I had a half of day, and was unable to come back for my second shift due to I was at the cardiologist office for 5 hours in alot of pain. My mother had taken a note into Jacci my boss, and she called me to see what the note meant. I was unable to answer my phone due to no service and plus i was hooked up to machines. Jacci had left me a mess. to call her the next day (Sat) so I made the call to her, and she said that if I can not be at work to due my job and not let her have to close by herself cause she had a hard time, and was not able to close loans that it might be best if I resign from my job. Jacci had told me that home office (in Texas) was not going to accept my Dr. notes and that she wasnt sure if i would be able to have my surgery done. So i had to resign. I was wondering that if I had to resign isnt that wrongful due to the fact that this came all the sudden. When I called home office and talked to two different people they said that they NEVER told Jacci to make me resign. They were perfectly fine with working with me. They do not offer FMLA, because they do not have enough employees but Jose from home office said that he tries to follow the FMLA laws as best he can. And again he NEVER told or mentioned to Jacci that I needed to resign. But i would like to know what fax was sent to home office explaning this. Like I said shouldn't I have had to sign something for a resignation??????????? So I was under false pretenses about my job being jeporadize... FALSE!!!! I should still be there. I guess what it comes down to is Jacci nolonger wanted me to work for her and used my health as a escape. I worked my ass off.... Came in early and stayed late everyday. I even came back on  a Saturday to help her close because another co-worker Roxy had just left her. Roxy never stays late unless she is getting paid for it... As I stayed late just to get the work done with NO extra pay. Hated it due to the way I was treated, It was very unnecessary. And it isn't very professional.

Have no problem in getting a loan there, but expect a call 1 day prior or day of your payments. They will do a Transunion credit check and will NOT update it. Paid off loan Sep 23, 2013. Transunion still shows that I have a balance-as of May 27, 2014. Roy Finance refuses to update to Transunion, but now they report to Experian. Now to clear it off my Transunion I have to dispute it, fax in the information that it has been paid off and wait.

This place is the worst place to get a loan from. They are constantly harrassing you when you are even one day late. The employees are very rude and always trying to twist your words to make you look like you are lying to them. They WONT work with you at all. They will tell you that you dont get to decided when you get to pay your bills... ect. I would suggest to never get a loan through this company unless you liked being sued if you are one week late on your loan.
