Went in there today to get some chicken. We wanted a 2 piece white meal. They did not have that option. So we had to get a 3 piece. The guy that was preparing the orders was wearing sunglasses and NO hair net. The box was to small for the order.. only got about 2 fries in one of our orders. The bread bun was all destroyed, the fries were destroyed, & the chicken was squashed up. It's like the guy just jammed everything in the boxes.

Have been going to this store for a long time. It's been steadily declining over the past few years. Multiple times they have been out of chicken.... let me repeat that, royal farms out of chicken. Went to order my food and was told after i paid for it They were out of chicken. So I ordered something else, which was told to me after paying AGAIN they were also out of that. They always seem to be out of massive amounts of product, mostly chicken related. Staff is mostly non English speaking during peak season, which makes it very hard to communicate what you want. They are also rude and dismissive of any questions you may have. Sadly my business will go elsewhere. Managment does not seem to care that they are pissing off customers and losing them in droves.

This is a great spot to grab sodas and bottled water for the beach. Oh- and the food is good too

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! The old soggy chicken was waiting in bags in the warmer, not in the warmer display to keep the chicken crisp. After paying, I still waited 10 minutes for the 4 chicken staff employees to gossip and ignore me. The staff was rude and had no ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Waited about 20 minutes for an order. Not sure the staff could've moved any slower. Bags of trash sitting behind the counter in the food area and some 65 year old worker eating her shift meal near the serving area. Think I'll be calling the health department.
