January 2018. The Restrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes not. The customer service is pretty good and the store is usually clean. There are a huge number of gas pumps with windshield cleaning supplies. Outside trash bins are normally full but with the volume of cars going thru, it must be hard to keep up with. They also have a pretty decent brush less carwash. March 2018. Today the pump was out of receipt paper again. This happens way to much. Only one cashier on duty with over 15 people in line. A very long wait just to get a receipt.

I had a positive experience at this location where I purchased gas and items inside. There was a short wait during the lunch hour rush time allowing a quick visit, friendly and helpful customer service, with a decent selection of items in store similar to wawa.

I decided to try the car wash back on January 24. Something in the car was scratched the hood, front panel, and passenger door on my car. I filed a complaint online, and was contacted by the store manager the next day. I went in, and she took pics and forwarded them to the home office. Candice did everything she was supposed to do. Corporate looked at the beginning of the tape, and decided that it could not be their car wash. I went back to Candice, and she sent them another note explaining the re-set in order for me to actually get my car washed. I have sent 2 more online complaints...they do not have a telephone number that you can actually speak to someone...and to date have not heard another word. I recently received a telephone call from Corporate. They are requesting better pictures, and an estimate for repairs. Hopefully this will be taken care of shortly. 3/6/18 I have just heard back from Royal Farms Corporate. I have to say, they are very fair, and will be sending me a check to have may car fixed. Bravo to a company that actually takes care of their customers.

Not bad chicken isn't as good here as South on 1 in milford area it has better taste

I'm giving this place a one star rating. To start, the bathrooms were messy, water on the sink and toilet paper on the floor. The toilet seats look really damaged, scratched up and gross. Something you would see in a dive bar. I thought this was funny because there was a clean bathroom pledge sign on the bathroom wall. Then I went to order food. I saw it said "world famous chicken"; therefore, we ordered drum sticks, Mac n cheese, potato wedges and a chicken blt sandwich. We went and paid for the order and waited patiently for our food. We saw some people come and go were wondering why it was taking so long. I went and asked the person making food how much longer. His reply was, "we don't have Mac n cheese and we are out of lettuce and tomato." I asked why someone hadn't said something before now since we had been waiting for our at this point for over 10 minutes. He said he didn't know. So I went to the cash register to get a refund for Mac n cheese and ask if there was a price difference for the chicken BLT since they were missing the L and T. There isn't a price difference that was fine. However, the refund for Mac n cheese took a long time because they didn't have the appropriate buttons on their screen to complete this the right way. Another worker had to help out. Then I went back to the counter to get the food and the guy asked, "well do you still want the sandwich?" YES I DO! I told him before I left to get a refund. So, after everything I thought that my order would take priority! No! It did not!! He made two orders in front of mine. At this point, I had been inside this has gas station for 30 minutes!! We finally got our food and we got to car, went to eat the food it was terrible! The chicken sandwich was missing half the stuff we asked for mayo, salt and pepper, onions. The fried chicken on the sandwich was old and the batter was falling off. We also ordered drum sticks and a chicken strip. Both tasted like they were made hours ago. They were super tough and almost impossible to eat. Lastly, was the potato wedges; they were also old tasting, tuff, and cold. I also purchased the mango and strawberries that was with the fresh fruit/salad area. I asked one of the workers for a fork and she replied saying they were out of forks. I looked at the coffee counters for forks and there was sugar, coffee, misc stuff all over it. The mango was rip yet and the strawberries were mushy. The guy making food didn't have a beard hair net his beard. The store in general just seemed dirty and messy. The overall attitude of the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and they didn't care. By the time I finally left the store I spent 47 minutes there. That is 1000% unacceptable for customer service!
