This is the first time I’ve ever written a review and it needs to be said. The staff was too focused on socializing and my sub was missing the pepperoni which was extra, the lettuce and the pickles. 3 missing ingredients is just ridiculous.

Worst Wawa in the entire area. I swear I go into this place at least 2 times a week and they NEVER have what I want. For instance, a couple weeks ago I tried to order the Thanksgiving Bowl, but the order screen showed that the Stuffing wasn't available. After asking 2 different employees, one finally said she would "unlock" it for me. She walked into the office, walked out, didn't say a word to me, and went back to talking with the other employees. At this point I left. The staff at this location don't pay attention to the customer, they are more worried about talking and clocking out on time. The stuffing was only one instance of Wawa not having the food that we wanted. Sometimes its cheesesteaks that they're out, sometimes its coffee. Or when it is dinner time and I buy a hot dog from wawa, I expect it to be fresh, not stale and old. This happens way too many times. Half the staff at this location needs to be fired, I have never run into so many problems at a single Wawa.

Our Church has gotten catered hoagie trays here on many occasions and they do a fantastic job! The order taker on the phone is very helpful and takes the time to ensure they understand the order properly. And at pickup, they are helpful in getting the order to my car. It's Wawa, and those outside of the mid-Atlantic (and parts of FLA) just don't get it...and it's their loss!
