Really low quality establishment based on my experience around 8am on a weekday. Started off on the wrong foot when I added whole milk to my coffee and found it to be chunky. Second carton was almost as bad. I hand the spoiled coffee to the deli worker so I don’t dump a full drink in the trash. Worker doesn’t understand what I want and proceeds to microwave the coffee, ok whatever. Same person makes my breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Sandwich was nuked to all holy hell, tough and barely edible. Hash brows were lukewarm. Coffee area was messy and poorly stocked. Just a mess over here. Management clearly does not give a care.

I try and support Maryland owned businesses when ever shopping. RoFo is based in Bmore and WaWa is from PA so I have been trying to go here when I can. The gas pumps pump gas and they usually have paper in them for receipts so that’s nice. I don’t think I have ever been there when the air pump has worked. I wouldn’t be supposed if they just installed it broken and never thought to deal with it. Pretty simple thing that other stations don’t seem to have such a problem with. I have only gotten coffee here. Coffee was drinkable but the cups were some weak styrofoam.

This is consistently, the most poorly run Royal Farms that I have been to, and I have been to many! My son and I stopped to fill up on gasoline and get chicken for lunch. All of the pumps were blocked off with yellow tape, so I decided that we'll just go ahead and get the chicken and get our gas somewhere else. There was a special $8.88 for 5 thighs and 5 drumsticks, so I purchased it. We waited (and this is not an exaggeration) 32 minutes. What's worse is, that this was the third time that this had happened to us at this particular RoFo. The guy that was behind the counter asked if they could substitute drumsticks for our thighs, to which I replied, "no, we'll wait for the thighs." To add insult to injury, when we brought out order home, he had shorted us a thigh! I don't like writing bad reviews and I'm fairly patient, but I would be remiss at this point, if I didn't warn others of the terrible service that we receive from the chicken area of this Royal Farms... they really need better management.

Easy access from both sides of Route 3, clean bathrooms, good fast food for the road....and Krispy Kreme donuts. I'll be back
