Literally feel like I'm being held hostage waiting twenty minutes so far for a breakfast sandwich

Been going there for years. Now frequently opens late. I can't complain about the employees like the guy below, because I'm not too stupid to use the computer to order what I actually want. If they'd freshen up their coffee more throughout the day and actually open on time I would be more enthused. If they run their businesses like this I am glad they did not get the location downtown.

So I order my food, I go up to the guy putting the chicken in the bag. I say "excuse me sir, can I have just legs and no thighs" Which is my standard request anytime I get chicken somewhere as the wife and I do not like chicken thighs. This guy looked at me with such disgust and disdain, shivered his shoulders and told me "I can't do that". LOL. The manager was over next to cash register with his head in his hands complaining to some lady about how terrible his day has been. Meanwhile there is a line of five customers trying to check out. Royal Farms lived up to its legacy at this location, great chicken and lowest common denominator of people working there.

Busy older updated Royal Farms typical great chicken.  No gas pumps.  Convenience store only.
