I wish there is a 0 star because I am really pissed off. I purchased a homeowner insurance through Frank Bello, simply because my agent knows him. He is very unprofessional and irresponsible. After I spelled my name to him several times and emailed him my name, he entered it wrongly and said "I went by the email you sent me". I showed him the original email and he never apologized and said "the name is not important as long as the address is correct".  I emailed him twice politely asking whether he can help change my name back (actually correcting his own mistake), he never got back, when I called after waiting several days, he said "don't bother me again". 

Never purchase anything from an irresponsible agent.

Finally, a company that knows your name, answers the phone, and treats you like family. It's refreshing to be treated like a person instead of a number. Thank you
