I just received a phone call to my personal cell phone and my place of employment from Ken himself.

I have never met or heard of Ken St. Onge. 

He started off by spewing out where he was calling from and whom he was representing: Commerce insurance. He claimed that I had "solicited" insurance for one of my customers I sold a car to. My customer complained about her current policy and asked if I knew of anyone that could help her with a referral. 

Now. Being the calm and intelligent professional person that I am... I figured other people should know of the shenanigans that happen in that Worcester office. If for one second you think this is a good place to get "cheap" insurance you are mistaken. Especially if you are a legal immigrant. Ken St. Onge has displayed today what is commonly referred to as selfishness. A person who is selfish does not deserve your business. I'm 100% certain he was angry about other things and this just broke the camels back. It's impossible that he was making soooo much $ off of 1 customer that he would threaten legal action. (this has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of) 

Mr. Ken threatened to sue me under the pretenses of soliciting insurance without being an agent. Supposedly making referrals is against the law now (there's no crime in making recommendations especially when the customer has the freedom to make their own decisions).. Threatening to sue someone is also illegal unless you ACTUALLY intend to do it. He harrassed me at my place of employment AND on my personal cell phone. He's obviously mad that he lost a customer that he was unfairly charging high insurance for. 

I hope this is what you wanted. I hope your ears are nice and hot right about now. I'll patiently be waiting for your apology.

My life is very busy, wife kids and a dog, I do not have time to call 800# and push ten thousand buttons!!!! When I need service for my auto policies(my daughter many accidents) all I have to do is call Kenny and a person answers the phone. And they take care of the service, they do not push me off to a 800#. hard to find service like that today!
