Horrible. I can't get a hold of them on the phone, they don't answer! And delivered my order the next, I couldn't get a refund or change the address!

So I ordered flowers on Valentine's day for my wife because this place is on the way home. I ordered an arrangement that had ALL stargazer lilies since it's my wife's absolute favorite flower. Well I get there to pick up my order and they haven't finished it yet. So no problem I'm in no rush. Then one of the ladies asks if I really want it all pink like the order said. I reply "not really as long as there are stargazer lilies I don't care." So the lady was like "oh yeah no problem, I'm going to UPGRADE you for free." So at this point I'm thinking "cool I'm getting hooked up." I even asked the lady "are you sure those are stargazer?" She replies "yeah, they're not even bloomed so these will last for a while." Low and behold a week later...white lilies bloomed and not a single lily I asked to make sure was put in. I promised to write a good review but sorry guys you kinda messed it up for yourself.
