I visited here on a Wednesday and the service was great. Was able to be serviced with a glass of red wine right away. Prices are a little higher but worth it. Sean is great and my nails look wonderful. They used all new equipment fresh out of packages. Aiden is also good but there was one thing, I accidentally touched my nail paint on my big toe and instead of taking the paint off completely, he just painted over it. The extra coats of paint used to fix the smudge didn't dry completely and a hour later I noticed the entire paint was smudge again. But I will be returning

Excellent service. They are very friendly and do great work. I've been to another place not far from this location and the service was ok the 1st time and very rushed the 2nd. Which is the reason I went to Royal. I definitely plan on returning in the future

Cut me, didn't listen to me, kept attempting a design that I insisted I didn't want anymore (ended up being there for 3 hours because of it), wouldn't stay off of their phones, didn't know what they were doing, and here's the best part... I picked a color off of the wall (regular color, not gel) and they decided to put gel polish on unbeknownst to me and then tried to charge me $33 ($77 total for mani & pedi) when I'm under the impression that it's (my mani) going to be $12. Even if I wanted gel polish, $33 is OUTRAGEOUS for a crappy paint job. My nails were crooked, I basically had to guide them step by step on what I expected out of a manicure (even nails, double coat, filed nails) and they didn't even paint my entire nail. Completely left off the sides until I had to point it out. I say "they" because it took two of them. So here's the grand finale... after they tried to charge me $33, I insisted that I wasn't aware that they switched out my paint and decided amongst themselves to use a more expensive kind. After basically being called stupid for "not knowing the difference", we finally came to an agreement to take the polish off and refund my $33. Finally got the polish off after 20 more minutes and then they tried to charge me $21 FOR A MANICURE!!! I walked out of there with pink toes (from the red getting all over me), dingy, crooked, unhealthy nails that had no paint, and still paid around $50. Insane.

Thank you so much to Mr Shawn and his lovely wife and crew. My experience was awesome. With patience and understanding not only did I walk away with fabulous nails but I had the  pleasure to have meet beautiful people. Mr Shawn did an amazing job. And  his wife and crew were very sweet and attentive to my needs as a customer, that went beyond the call of duty. 
The atmosphere was very respectful and minded to speaking in a language that all parties understood.

Very clean! Attentive and friendly service. I believe the owner did my nails, it is the best gel manicure I've ever had. Usually gel only lasts a could days on me and I have had this over a week and it still looks flawless.  She shaped my nails in a way that compliments my hands and paid close attention to detail. The guy who did my pedicure used the same care and was very personable and friendly. I wish I lived closer, it would be my regular nail shop for sure!
