This place was ok. Now it's in the middle of a cesspool. Used to be able to take a bike out in the area, no more. Had one bike stolen in broad daylight even though it was chained up. I realize it's not the parks fault but to keep raising the rent here while the "hood" deteriorates is unreasonable. It's location, location, location.

THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE, IT HAS THE WORST WI-FI PLACE IV EVER BEEN TOO, NO SIGNAL WHAT SO EVER, OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY  AND TRISHA IN THE OFFICE IS ABSOLUTELY  AWSOME.

Own a mobile home, but the HOA fee is still $500 month. Electric bill at $150 month summer. Rural area, no home phone, no cable... you can only get satelite dish and mobile phone. Front gate is constantly broken, homeless walk in and stolen stuff from property several times. Community watch security patrol is a joke and unmarked vehicles. Dog park charges extra to use. This is insane and looking to relocate. Going to cost couple of thousands. But looking for land to own without greedy HOAs who take advantage of seniors.
