Got a quote for $2,900 -3900lb they showed up and doubled the amount needed for delivery, like what everybody else is saying in the comments they put you in a corner where you almost have to pay him. Save your money and just go through budget or U-Haul. This is definitely not worth the stress and money

Awful experience. It was probably technically legal, but a substandard business practice to say the least. We were moving from California to Tennessee. They gave us a quote over the phone and e mailed it to us, then on the day of the move, showed up, told us they couldn't do the job for what they had quoted, and doubled the price. They told us they would have to go get a bigger truck, and refused to load the truck they had until we agreed to the price change. When we called the person who gave us the quote (Kym), it was pretty obvious that this wasn't the first time they'd done this. She became combative, and refused to refund our deposit. We fired them, rented a truck the same size they brought, loaded it ourselves, and it all fit. My experience fits a lot of other reviews online. Would not recommend - save yourself the stress.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! DO NOT use this company! We were shopping moving companies for moving a storage unit from California to Montana and they gave us the best price so we decided to book with them despite the already terrible reviews. I even asked the lady named Diana about the reviews and wanted to verify that we would not experience what other customers stated they did. She assured me that I made a good choice and you can't please everyone. So we went with the booking. We had to purchase plane tickets for the time of the move to fly down and supervise the loading of our storage unit before being transported.. After we arrived two days before the move we called to let them know we were there and they said they would call us the next day (day before the move) to arrange the time they would be there. So they called the next day and stated that they would no longer be able to perform the move on the original day but had to move it to two days later! Mind you we booked this day over 1 month in advance. She claimed there was a inspection that was mandatory and "oh well". After trying to understand the situation and trying to see if there was something else we can do because our flight was scheduled to leave before they could do the move I was yelled at and disrespected saying it wasn't their problem. I could not even get one word out when trying to talk because she just kept yelling. Then she said they would not perform the move at all for us. They put us in a terrible situation! Please beware of this company! I wanted to go against my better judgment because the price was great. But do yourself a favor and just skip these guys. Don't end up in the situation we did.

A horrible experience. The staff was rude, abusive and bullying - once they had my furniture. They charged me fees at the end of the move without notifying me that they would. Demanded cash and gave me an hour to get there. When I spoke to their office, questioning the charges, their representative began screaming at me. When I asked her to lower her voice, she threatened to charge me three times more than they were demanding. They'd promised to give me 24 hours notice before delivery. Instead I got a call an hour and half before delivery. When i asked the driver to sign for the cash I'd paid him, he wrote the amount on the moving slip but wouldn't add his name, saying he didn't want to get involved. I haven't checked for damage yet. But if I have damage, getting anything but abuse from this company would be miraculous.

Overall a stressful experience, as the insurance agent that works with them was unable to provide my insurance contract to me in a timely manner (it was only emailed to me after my move and only after repeated inquires). Also- be careful of extra charges because of long carries (distances over 75 feet), RR can't tell you how much they are going to be because it varies by carrier. Also I was told 7-10 days and my shipment took 15, so be prepared to wait. Overall, I wish I would have had my stuff evaluated before hand in person, rather than getting quotes online. Such quotes leave you guessing about the true weight of your stuff. That's not RR's fault, just my laziness. On the bright side only a chair and a few dishes were broken, and my big screen tv arrived just fine.
