Very happy with the service at Knauer piano.  Bought a lovely piano for my daughter here and Ben was wonderful to work with.

Ben Knauer is the most reliable, straightforward, overall great piano technicial I've worked with. And I've played piano my whole life. Dealing with pianos is a tricky business, because older pianos can often give you some unexpected issues. Ben took full responsibility and then some for any unforeseeable issues in the process of fixing up my new piano, even though they weren't his fault, and made sure that he took care of everything. His prices are also fantastic. I would highly recommend going to him first for any piano purchase or piano technician service.

I love a piano, as the song goes, so I stop in every store I find. Sadly, there are very few left, and they tend to have a used car lot feel about them. The atmosphere and treatment you will find at Knaur make it very easy to imagine the piano you're playing at YOUR house, even if it's a Bosendorfer you can only afford to dream about. The selection is appropriate to people of normal means - no concert grands with 'do not touch' signs. And I'm sure they can get whatever you're looking for that's not in the store. Haven't been to their Agoura Hills location, but this is my favorite piano store so far!
