Very disappointed with RTV. I had all of my windows replaced 4+ years ago with the understanding they had a warranty and I would not be charged if I had any issues. I spoke with 3 references who validated no labor charge. They sent me a bill for $80 to repair a lock on a sliding door, and never told me I would be charged for labor. I would have fixed it myself but was afraid to void the warranty. We are putting in a new front door and will NOT be giving our business to RTV.   My in laws received a bill also and said they never received a bill in the past (before the owner passed away).  Thinking of calling a lawyer as the labor fee is not outlined in the warranty contract

Thank you Royal Thermal View for a fantastic job you did with installing both replacement windows and new construction windows, as well as a new patio door.  Everything went smoothly from sales to installation to clean-up.  Your guys/gals are the best.  Sincere gratitude to Dan for the initial sales visit, JoAnn in the office for coordination of schedules, Fran for the final measurements, and a special thanks to Dave, Fran, Brito, Paul, Joe and Christina on the installation side of things.  What a great crew of people to work with.  The team was fluid and so well coordinated/organized with taking out the old windows and putting in the new ones.  The craftsmanship of the installation was just spectacular!  We are very happy with the entire project.  We would highly recommend Royal Thermal View to anyone interested in quality workmanship and great value for their next home project.

I had all the windows replaced in my house (30+) and was told that I had a lifetime warranty.  They did come out 2 years after installation to fix some screen issues.  The pin in my livingroom window broke in May 2015. I have been contacting them since June to have the pin replaced. I was told it would be a $50 service charge (never been charged before?). So I agreed to pay it. I sent RTV all the info for my windows in early July. They said it would take 3 weeks to get the part in. I have been calling the company since the beginning of August with no reply. I am getting very frustrated as I have not been able to open this window all summer.

I had all my 22 windows installed by them 10 years ago and they did it for a reasonable price. They made a huge difference with outside noise level and heating/cooling costs.  They practically paid for themselves.  I did have a couple of issues the first 2 years with the windows but they were fixed promptly by Royal Thermal.  Since the issues were related to defects in the window there was no cost.

Recently I had a problem with a couple of pins on one window and I contacted Royal Thermal.  They informed me that there is now a $25.00 charge for each visit, but they would fix as many issues as they can in that one visit.  I'm having them replace a couple of safety latches that my tenants snapped off in addition to the broken pins on one window.  That's not a bad deal.  All parts are free because of the lifetime warranty.
