Our names are John Riccolo, Tim Semelroth, Pressley Henningsen, Emily Anderson, Farl Greene, Ben Long, Corey Luedeman, and Brian C. Ivers.

We are a law firm that specializes in personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability cases. We fight for fairness for the injured and disabled of Iowa. We only work for people - not corporations. If you have been injured, we want to help you.

We offer free Law Guides and DVDs so you can educate yourself if you've been injured. If you need help after your Social Security Disability claim has been denied, we have a Law Guide and DVD for that too.

I called RSH Legal to discuss the possibility of enlisting their services due to a personal injury case following a car accident. I was asked to answer a brief series of questions and then transferred over to Tim Semelroth and had a very engaged conversation about my options. I spoke with Tim Semelroth about a legal matter that was taking place. Tim was very honest with me about my options. He also took the time to explain the impending legal actions against me in a manner that me more at ease. Tim was very easy to talk to and treated me with respect and dignity. I appreciate his candor and willingness to speak with me.

I met Tim 16 years ago in 2001. I had sustained injuries that eventually took 4 surgeries to repair when my small truck was rear ended as I was stopped at a red light When the medical bills began to arrive after the first surgery I realized I needed a good attorney. His firm was recommended by a family friend. Tim was very Professional, Courteous, Compassionate and Patient. He gave me in depth explanations of every detail of my case in language that a layman could easily understand We were offered several settlements before Tim determined that what was finally offered was fair and just. I was very pleased with his representation then. Last summer I was again injured when my vehicle was struck while stopped at a red light. After being taken to the ER and then being sent to a surgeon I was told I would need surgery to repair the damage. This time I called RSH legal for advice before I had surgery. Tim was a wise Counsel and assisted me once again with stellar results. I would be remiss if I neglected to add that Tim's Paralegal, Andrea, was instrumental in assisting with my case. She Intelligently and compassionately assisted me with all my questions, assisted with documentation, and called me back quickly with answers if I had to leave a message because I was busy. Andrea is proof of the good judgement of RSH legal; great staff makes a great firm! Should I or a family member ever need help again; RSH legal will be our first call. Thank you RSH Legal!

I came to RSH Legal after determining that my current attorney was not trustworthy. Words can not convey how happy and relieved I was with that decision. I met Emily Anderson shortly after my first meeting at the firm. Since that time, I have always felt as if I was one of her most important clients. She has always listened to my concerns, even if my concern was more like “venting”, and treated me with dignity and respect. I can’t thank her enough for the reassurance and support that she gave me during my worker’s compensation process. So often the insurance company tries to “wear you down” so that you will stop fighting. I honestly believe that without Emily by my side, I might have given up a long time ago. Emily has my sincere gratitude and respect. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for legal representation.

Corey was wonderful he treated me like a friend not a client! Took in consideration of my feelings and adapted to talk with me and not to or at me! He was always available to speak with me even past the business day norm of 5o'clock! As we all know Social security takes forever he kept reassuring me that even after so long that if he didn't feel I didn't deserve it then he won't have taken me as a client!
