My son had a flat tire a few miles away at a rest area off of 57, and they would not come to tow him or fix the tire, due to "insurance reasons".  They would rather leave someone stranded on the side of the ride, 200 miles from home than even at the very least, go out there and help him change his tire.

Horrible experience with these people. Took my car in to get new tires and brakes put on, they managed to damage two of my rims while removing the lug bolts. They just told us that it was just a little blackened due to having to use heat to remove them. It looks like someone hit my rim around where the lugs are multiple times with a hammer.
