I am a business owner and I used to be an automotive mechanic back in the 80's. I know how to run a business and I have seen many businesses fail and I know how the great ones succeed. Merlin's on Route 59 is a Great business! Managers Mike & John know how to run the business and they know how to treat their customers right, even the unreasonable customers. That takes talent and patience. John has been my go to guy and I cannot say enough good things about him and the great team of mechanics that he has working for him. John is a Chevy Avalanche guy too, so he knows them well. I have (2) Avalanches that Merlin's has been servicing for over 2-years now and all I can say is that doing business with these guys has been nothing but a great pleasure.

I was able to go in without an appointment for an oil change and they got me in right away. Service was friendly and prompt. They didn't try to sell me anything other than what I came for. I would definitely go back again.

Not a great experience and I would never go back there or to any other location. They took the easy way out instead of doing their job correctly.

These guys are great!  They are fair with their pricing and explain exactly what's wrong with your car. John and his crew make you feel welcome.  They have proven to be honest and trustworthy. The best shop I have taken my car to in twenty years!
